PAYMENT

• Each customers may communicate or inform the order details through the 'Contact Us' page.
• Purchasing department will contact customers for the verification & confirmation.
• RALS Inc. will create an invois and send it to the customers by two methods ; courier and soft copy invois.       
• Within 7 work days, customers need to settle or clear all the payments through money transfer by using payment medium that can be referrred under payment page.
• Customers need to give a copy of payment referrence at the same period.
• After 7 days, the order will be invalid automatically.
• RALS Inc. will give feedback about the confirmation of payment in 3 days of working hours after confirmation by customers are received.
• Within 5 working days, product will be sent to the customers with a copy of Delivery Order form. A soft copy will be given through your email.

• Within 5 working days, the products should be reached on the customers hand. Otherwise, RALS Inc. will give 2% discount of the cost price based on the root causes.
• Please note that deliveries can on rare occasions be delayed due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control. While we and ou transportation partners will make every effort to deliver your order on the choosen date, delivery date selections cannot be 100% guaranteed.
• Every shipping cost will be informed in invois.
• Shipping rates will be calculated according to the weight and volume of the items ordered.

• Refund. Every single products which is defay / rejected can be refunded in 5 working days after you received your order.
• In addition, we are unable to accept returns of unwrapped bulk items that have been specially packaged by RALS Inc. due to health laws and FDA food products regulations.
• There is no cost returning. New items will be provided for every defay / rejected products.
